Totally random Tuesday

We had our spring women's ministry luncheon today.  I have to tell you - I've been so crazy lately - I feel like a hamster trapped in a wheel.
I had planned to make this Italian pasta salad and cookies for today. At 9:30 last night - AFTER going to the grocery store - I started making the cookies and realized we had no eggs. I had either dyed or made deviled eggs out of all the ones we had. So I scratched the cookies and made the salad. This is a great salad that my mom has always made. I don't have an exact recipe - you can pretty much make it what you want but I thought I would share it.
Cook tri colored rotini.

Let it cool and mix in:
1 can black olives (sliced or whole)
Grape tomatos
Cut up squares of mozzerella
Pepperoni
Broccoli

And cover it all in zesty Italian dressing and let it mix and soak in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving. It's a great side or a meal.

And as a continuing confession............I was dressed up today in a maxi dress and Hollis peed all over me right before we needed to leave. It was too late to find something new to wear so I just tried to wash it out. So I went to the luncheon in a peed on dress. Life is funny!

Remember when I wrote about a sweet family in my church who have the motto of "Represent Him well" and have it hanging in their house so they can remember as they leave each day to represent Christ?
I have a friend Kaye who makes signs and she loved that idea and made some and she sent me one this week. I have it on my mantle and I LOVE it! I thought I'd share it!  She makes all kinds of neat signs!
