My girls love to Party all the time

The girls and I have had a few fun parties in the last week to go to!

My friend Ashley adopted their fourth child through foster care this year.  He's the sweetest little boy and our Sunday School class wanted to do something to celebrate with her.  She wanted to do something different.  So my friend Rachel had us over for "breakfast for dinner" and we all donated items to our local Foster Care CALL closet.  Ashley was able to get a few things from them when they got their son and wanted to bless them back.

We also had a Noonday party to benefit another friend who is adopting a daughter Internationally.  Noonday is an AMAZING organization that provides jobs to women in third world countries to make jewelry.  It's all handmade by these women and also SUPER stylish.  They give percentages to help families who are adopting as well.  I met Jessica who started the company back in September in Austin and she is an amazing person herself.

Noonday is based on this verse:
and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry
and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday.
Isaiah 58:10

This is my beautiful friend Ashley.  She shines like the Noonday sun in all that she does.  She's such an inspiration to me.  I'm so blessed to call her friend.

We had fun trying on jewelry!
My friend Rachel and our friend Corrie who represents Noonday.  I told our friends we needed to start having more "fun with a purpose" nights.

Yesterday the girls were invited to a joint birthday party for sweet sisters Julianne and Claire.  It was at this vintage store and it was the MOST fun.
Each girl was given a dress up outfit to wear.  Pettiskirt, apron, a flower headband and jewelry.  Do you think this is a dream for little girls or what?
Three sets of sisters.  Love, love, love these girls.
Each girl had her hair fixed and make-up done.  They were just in heaven!
The owner of the store was so sweet!
Then they did a little photo shoot with all the girls.
I'm sure this is going to turn into a fun picture!
The birthday girls
Harper and two of her favorites.  We got to eat yummy birthday cake too!
My friend Jenn and her girls.  Jenn has been fighting Breast Cancer for the last year.  She is my hero.  She is so strong and has fought with so much courage and laughter.  She is one of my newest and closest friends.  I'm so thankful to have her in my life!

We have partied like rock stars the last few days but we are partied out now!
