Christmas Prayer

If you are reading this -

It's Christmas Eve!!! Why are you reading my blog???? ;-). Go be with your family!I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas! I hope you have a wonderful time with your family and that you celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.

My heart is so heavy for SO many of you who aren't having a great Christmas this year. You have lost a child this year. You have lost a spouse this year. You have lost a parent. You long to be married and the loneliness rears its ugly head especially on Christmas. You haven't been able to have a child and the pictures of families everywhere are a painful reminder. You have lost a job and money is tight and stress surrounds you. You have been fighting a serious illness. You are caring for a child with an illness or with special needs. And so many other reasons that Christmas may be hard.

I'm making a special effort to pray for each of you today. That you will feel God's love and know He came as a baby for YOU!!!

Will you join me in taking time today to pray for those who might not be having a Merry Christmas today?

I love you all!!!

And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth  Philippians 2:8-10
