September Weekend

We have had a busy but fun weekend.  Friday Harper went to MDO and Hollis and I got some errands ran.  That night our church had Parents Night Out so we took Harper and we took Hollis with us.
We didn't take one picture on our date but this was Hollis and I before we left.  I am SO thankful to be able to have a date and for PNO but our night wasn't the best.  Every restaurant was jam packed and we couldn't wait too long with Hollis because she was pretty fussy so we ended up at a dive Mexican and we barely spoke to one another because I was so busy trying to keep Hollis from screaming.  And then we ran to Wal-Mart real quick before we picked up Harper and Hollis screamed the whole way home.  Oh well - there will be plenty of time for dates later! It was still nice to get out.
She might scream a lot and she NEVER sleeps - but she is seriously the cutest thing I have ever laid eyes on (besides her sister!)

We had a birthday party to go to today so I decided we needed to break out our Matching outfits. I LOVE orange and pink together! I think we might need to do one of their birthday parties in this color scheme!

Our little friend Jillian turned one today and Jennifer threw her the cutest party.  It was so much fun.  Harper's favorite part were these cute bird sugar cookies.  I lost count of how many she ate. Yikes!
Rebekah and Cilla. I love them!
Jennifer and the birthday girl! I LOVED Jennifer's cute top - she is the CUTEST mom! And I just love that sweet Jillian!
 My friend Melissa and Grayson
The HOGS are playing in town tonight so my parents were in town for the game.  My dad is a little sick and didn't want to give anything to the girls so he ran some errands and dropped my mom off to visit. We were so sad to miss Papa but I think you can tell by Harper's face how thrilled she was to have Nonny come visit. She told everyone at the party this morning that "Nonny was coming".
Hollis is at a stage where she wants to be held every waking hour.  She will sit in her exercauser for a little bit but other than that - I can not put her down and it's been wearing me out so I was thinking about buying a jumperoo but I didn't want to pay that much money.  One of my friends found one at a consignment shop for 1/3 of the price so while my mom was here - I ran over and got it.  And Hollis LOVED it! I'm so excited to have somewhere else for her to play.  Once she can sit up good that will help but in the meantime maybe I can cook dinner with both hands or run to the bathroom. :-)

Scott is at the game with his friend Steve and I got both girls to bed early and this momma is having some sweet quiet time to myself! Hope all of you had a good weekend!
