I don't know about the rest of you with young children - but I'm really struggling when it comes to feeding Harper. I feel like she eats the same things day after day. I always try to cook good and healthy meals and feed them to her (even covering them with ketchup if I have to) but 90% of the time she refuses to eat anything I cook for her.
She will eat a good breakfast of oatmeal and cereal and fruit but it goes down hill after that. She will eat yogurt and fruit but very few meats or vegetables. I sneak things in as much as I can but we seem to live off of macaroni and cheese, sphaghetti o's and chicken nuggets.
I would love to read ideas of what you feed your kids or how you sneak in vegetables. So that's what today's SUYL is all about ..........................what do you feed your kids????
