I'm helping throw a baby shower on Tuesday night. I found the zebra print pink and brown napkins below and thought I would use that as the colors. So tonight I made this diaper cake. It's the first one I've made and FAR from great - but hopefully it will be a cute decoration for the table. The baby's name is Ella Kate. So cute! I painted this E giraffe print. I've never really painted anything before so I was fairly happy with how it turned out.
I'll share a few more cute things from the shower on Tuesday. P.S. The "E" came from Hobby Lobby (where else?)

I think this is adorable!!! The letter turned out great...is it a white letter like the "S" you used for our Christmas wreath? Those napkins are really cute too. I've been looking for napkins for A's bday.
I am so bad about reading blogs to which I can't subscribe... I hate that about xanga... but I've been reading. I loved reading about your singleness.. and I like your decorating stuff. Hope you are buying some plastic totes along with it so you'll have a place to store it when you have a little one (or two or three or four!) running around :)

BTW- My sister wrote out all the scriptures I told you I would send you via email instead of typing them. (She is still reluctant to join the computer age:) So, I can send you the scripture reference, but you'd have to look up the actual verse. Still interested?
