A little of this and a little of that

Hollis turned 6 on Thursday.  Will Holden and I went to have lunch with her.  Hollis wanted to hang with us for a few minutes so she could eat with Harper too.  Her teacher was fine with that so we got to have lunch all together!

I wanted to take a picture of my three but someone did not want to cooperate.  ha ha ha ha ha!

It really does feel like it's only been a few months since it was Hollis' Second birthday!!! How did she grow so quickly? I miss those curls and sweet chubby cheeks but I sure love this sweet six year old.

Hollis had a few simple requests for her birthday.  She didn't want a party.  She wanted to eat pizza for her birthday dinner and she wanted to do a few things with friends.

We took her to Mellow Mushroom.  Will Holden and I had to do some running outside while we waited on the pizza.

This is the sweetest age.  I got her fashion plates.  Do y'all remember those? That was one of my favorite things as a kid? She LOVED it!!!!!

And a mermaid Snuggle Tail.

There were never more devoted sisters.

We had cake and ice cream to finish off her birthday!

Friday we all wore green! The kids had special St. Patricks treats at school and at 3:00 we started Spring Break!!!!

This cute boy has been busy playing outside all weekend.

My parents took the girls home Friday afternoon for the weekend.  They are having the best time!

We took Will Holden out to Lake Atalanta in Rogers Saturday morning.  I hadn't been out there in years and it was beautiful.  They have a big playground/park now that is so neat for kids and then a wonderful trail around the lake.  The weather was great and we had such a good time.

Scott went to Sam's with me that morning and talked me into 6 pounds of cowboy rib eyes.  We had a lot of meat for dinner Saturday night and Sunday lunch and Sunday dinner.........

Will Holden was rooting on the Hogs at church Sunday morning.

Unfortunately he didn't cheer loud enough.  The Hogs were so close but we are just so good at snatching defeat out of the hands of victory.  ugh.
