Show Us Your Life- Christmas Tour of Homes

The Nester is doing her Christmas tour of homes tomorrow (the 13th) so I thought we would do ours today and you can link your home up both places and you should have HUNDREDS of homes to tour. This was something that I started following on blogs probably five years ago and it's still one of my favorite things!
I usually like to go all out on Christmas decorating and I love to put things all over my house and I usually put up three trees. But with a busy busy toddler and being six months pregnant - I decided to go VERY minimal this year. A lot of it has to do with the fact that I can't climb up in the attic and I have no idea how to tell Scott what to bring down. I figure this is a nice year of rest and I have the rest of my life to go crazy at Christmas time.

I LOVE these little light up presents. This is sitting in my kitchen.
My absolute FAVORITE thing about Christmas is the cards! I literally sit at the door like a little puppy around 2:40 every day because that's when our mailman comes and I run out to the mailbox and just have the best time opening all our cards! I'm slow this year and I'm hopefully getting ours sent out this week.
Southern Living Christmas books are another of my favorite things!
I put a few Christmas touches on this sofa table
This is our one little Charlie Brown tree. We normally have a huge tree in this spot but I just couldn't do it. This is my fun red, green and zebra tree. Harper is in love with it! It's so fun to watch her!
A close up!
I made a lot of these monogrammed ornaments a few years ago! This one is for Harper (or Hollis). They are so easy to make and the ideas are endless!
I found these "H" ornaments at Hobby Lobby this year. And I love the zebra ornaments!

This picture is fuzzy because I took it with my phone - but this is Harper's tree! I just love it! I guess I'll have to get one for Hollis' room next year!
Of course my favorite Christmas decoration is dressing up Harper. I love putting her in cute Christmas outfits!

I hope each of you have a wonderful Christmas and that you experience God's joy in this season!

Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!
