17 weeks

I'm 17 weeks!

Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 17 Weeks
Size of baby: Baby H is the size of an onion!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 4 lbs
Maternity Clothes: Just bought a couple of pair of maternity jeans and I am LOVING them!
Gender: Can't wait to find out! 17 more days!!!! (For some reason right now I'm thinking boy????)
Movement: Pretty sure I felt the baby a few times when I'm laying down.
Sleep: I'm so tired - that I sleep pretty good!
What I miss: Sonic vanilla diet cokes (I can't lie!)
Cravings: All food sounds terrible to me right now except maybe loaded baked potatos???
Symptons: New things have kicked in in the last week - I've gone from starving to having absolutely no appetite. No foods sound good to me. I also now have this awful metallic taste in my mouth. It's like I have pennies in my mouth and up my nose. It may not sound too bad but it's AWFUL! I was asking people on twitter about it and a lot of people experienced it. Anyone find anything that helped?
Best Moment this week: No big highlight - it's just going by fast this time!
I have to add that I'm not much of a pants wearer. I am a little more now that I'm staying home with a toddler but I prefer dresses or tunics and leggings. I've never worn jeans in my life until I was pregnant with Harper and discovered Maternity jeans. That big comfy panel is sent straight from heaven! I don't like jeans because when you have big hips or curves - they just aren't comfortable (for me!) I know that's really weird but I imagine for most of your reading this (especially all of you in different areas of the country or world) - pretty much everything I do is weird. ha! ha! I just ordered two pairs of maternity skinny jeans (I know I know - a total oxymoron) from Old Navy and I LOVE them! I wore a lot of skinny jeans (for a not so skinny girl) last year because I like to be able to tuck my jeans in boots and wear long tops.  I wanted to do that same thing even while I'm pregnant. Pretty sure I will be living in these for the next 5 months!
