It's beginning to look a lot like CHRISTMAS!

Let me give some GREAT news for this Friday - we already have THREE praises on the prayer blog. That's right - 3 of the girls you have been praying over are pregnant! I put them at the bottom in red! God is good and I am expecting to put a big fat PRAISE by each and every name on that list - keep praying!

This sweet girl, Jenni, who reads my blog sent me this precious stool this week to use in Harper's bathroom. She is going to be brushing her teeth and brushing her hair in style!!! Isn't it sooooo neat?? Jenni - I can't thank you enough!
She also had this rocking chair made for me. It has the words to "Jesus Loves Me" on the seat. Isn't this the most precious thing EVER? I can just picture Harper sitting in this and reading books in her room as she grows. Oh I Love it. I'm excited because Jenni wasn't totally sure how to ship this and I figured out she doesn't live all that far from me - so I'm hoping we can meet (maybe after Harper comes) and have lunch and I can pick it up from her. It would be so much better to meet her in person! It completely blows me away that someone would do this for me.

Jenni had her friend at www.allisonrosedesigns.com make these. You can check her out here.

BooMamaChristmasTour

I'm putting up our one little Christmas tree this weekend. I love decking out our entire house for christmas and it gets bigger and bigger every year - but I am just going to do one little tree and a wreath this year and that's it. I love Christmas so much!!!! I have to do it this weekend or it might not happen at all. I hope you all have enjoyed Boomama's tour the last few years - it's one of my favorite things. I plan to join in - little Charlie Brown tree and all. I'm just giving my little plug for her - it will be here in 24 days!

When will you decorate for Christmas?

Wow--the stool and rocking chair are amazing!!!! SOOO sweet! I can just see her sitting in that little chair with her feet sticking straight out! And standing on her stool brushing her teeth. Alexee loves to brush her teeth (well, hold her toothbrush and stand on the stool)--she "brushes" about 8 times a day. She'd really love it if she had a super cute stool like that in place of a black, Rubbermaid stool from Target! :)

That's wonderful news about the girls!!!

I'm thinking you might have to give Harper the master bedroom of your house instead since she has soooooo many adorable things--I'm not sure they'll all fit in her nursery!!?!? :)

That stool and chair are the most precious things I've ever seen! I am just so in love with reading your blog, ever since I ran across it. I look forward to it every day. Your faith inspires me. I'm a mom of 3 girls myself, and I know you will be a great mom! I've been trying to get back in church and you have been a very positive influence in showing what a wonderful thing it is to be a strong Christian woman. Best of luck to you and your new little family!

How adorable is that stool and chair! My niece loves her "teptool" as she calls it, but that one is just amazing! We have already started decorating here, but will probably put up lights towards the end of next week! Have a great weekend!

I am reminded that answered prayer doesn't always come in the form of a long-awaited pregnancy. During a six-year struggle with infertility, I came to realize that it was not just about the blessing of a baby, but where the journey took us - straight to the throne of the one who holds all things in His hands. Our answer came in knowing Him more deeply and fully, and so much more. It became more about Him and less about us. I pray for those of you in the midst of your own painful journey...He WILL answer your prayer and then give you the grace to sustain however He chooses to answer.

The stool and rocking chair are too cute! What a lucky little girl Harper is!

When will I decorate for Christmas? Soon, I hope, but I'll have to admit that I'm a little overwhelmed just thinking about it!!

Did your friend, Jenni, make them herself? Where can I order them? PRECIOUS!!!!!

I started decorating for Christmas this week, but I only have one side of my tree decorated!!Haha! I plan on finishing it next week. It's just a little a different this year trying to decorate and take care of Brody during the day!!:)

I love the stepstool. I've been wanting one for my daughter's bathroom but I couldn't find anything cute and reasonably priced so I settled for a pink plastic one from Walmart for $6. Let us know if she sells them.

We're hoping to start decorating this weekend and finish next. My in-laws are coming Monday so we have to get our house ready for that first.

The stool and rocker are amazing - people are so kind. I am going to work on my Christmas Cards this weekend and decorate next weekend. We will be minimal in decorations this year, as well. We will be in Ohio for the week of Christmas and we will be out of town - in various places - most of December and January.

You're going to need another room for all the gifts that bloggers have sent Harper!! The stool and chair are deliciously cute :)

Yes, I'm definitely planning on participating the tour of homes. I'm so excited! I always put my stuff up the day after Thanksgiving!

Such cute things!!

I started decorating yesterday...I got some decor up, the tree is up with lights on but we will put the ornaments on this weekend. With my husband's football schedule we usually are gone at a bowl game, so I wanted to be able to enjoy the decorations longer so up they went!

BTW you look adorable!

Hi Kelly. My name is Allison and I am friends with Jenni, the girl who sent you the rocker and the stool. I painted them and I wanted you to have my Web site. It is www.allisonrosedesigns.com
Ever since Jenni asked me to paint these, I have been reading your blog and now I feel like I know you and I could definitely get a feel for what kind of things you would like from reading all about you and seeing all of Harper's precious things! So glad you like them! Enjoy!

That stool and rocking chair are soooo precious. Seriously! Harper is totally decked out in style!

I am really getting into the Christmas spirit, too. In fact, I picked out this exact same background but was waiting until the day after Thanksgiving to put it up since that is when I am putting up my tree and officially starting my Christmas season! I love the pink!! :) I'm focusing on Thanksgiving first, though, then I'll be able to really think about Christmas.

PS-I didn't get to comment earlier, but that little dress and hat that you are bringing Harper home in are just about the cutest things ever. Oh my gosh...I LOVE the hat especially!

I will put my tree up on Thanksgiving day. We have always done it on that day. I am ready to do it tomorrow, but I am gonna wait.

I would like to dedicate this comment to...Christmas being just over a month away, all types of fun decorations, sure-to-be awesome Charlie Brown Christmas trees, adorable new blog backgrounds, precious stools and chairs for precious Harper, the name Harper (because seeing it written out reminds me how much I love it), and most importantly PRAISES on the prayer blog.

Big YAY all around. :-)

Such sweet gifts. Harper is such a lucky little lady. We decorated our tree last week. We put it in our foyer instead of our living room this year. I was afraid of Connor, our 1 year old knocking it over or pulling off all the ornaments.

Hey Kelly. I owe you an apology--I am so sorry to mention something like clothes in your post about your grandfather. I just wasn't thinking and I am truly sorry if I hurt you in any way. I always enjoy your blog and the hopefulness you send out all over the country. God is certainly using you in ways that only He could--to reach other women who are on the journey. Thanks for always pouring yourself out!

That chair and little stool is ADORABLE!!!

We are decorating as soon as we get back from GA ~ I hit a HUGE sale at a place called Silk Garden Warehouse between Christmas and New Years and got some crazy amazing deals on some Christmas ornaments - so I got stuff for Kennedy and Cameron's room -- so we'll have nearly 5 trees in our house this year!!! I plan to put a little gift under the kids tree each night for them to open every morning until Christmas, kind of like an advent box (but not) -- nothing expensive, just stuff I've been collecting at the Dollar Store and the One Spot at Target! Lots of fun!!

Those ornaments are such a great idea! I have a Christmas wedding shower to go to in a couple of weeks and I am definately making some for the new couple!

And that stool is to die for!
