DNOW 2007

As I mentioned earlier - this weekend we are going to be a host home for DNOW at our church. I am very excited/nervous. Last night there was a big service for all the youth with a Christian magician and then afterwards - all the kids got to meet their host familes (and vice versa).
We have 10th grade girls and I'm very excited - they seem like good girls. Julie works with the youth choir so she knew several of them already.
The theme of DNOW is "Wanted: Your Life" and the verse is Luke 9:57 "As they were going along the road, someone said to Him (Jesus) "I will follow you wherever you go".
We have to do a community service project or act of kindness as a group on Sunday afternoon so we are going to a nursing home to visit the residents. The girls seemed excited about that.
Please pray for us we have 10 (yes - TEN) teenage girls staying with us and one college girl. You probably should pray for Scott more than me. We will get a small taste of what life is like for the Duggars (well before they had 6 more kids). ha!
Pray for all the youth that if they are not saved - they will find Jesus this weekend. And if they are saved - they will find a deeper relationship with Him that will guide them through their adult years.

That's more like D-WOW! Ten 10th grade girls. I hope you have 5 or 6 bathrooms otherwise they will have to start getting ready for Sunday service on Friday!!

Good luck Scott!
If you and Dawson need to find a good place to hide out for the weekend our house is always open!

We will be praying for you.
